Mego The New Avengers Purdey Doll
Finally - my Holy Grail - The New Avengers Purdey doll by Denys Fisher (Mego). Thanks to the help of a collector overseas, I finally got Purdey after years of searching! She's a super hard-to-find Mego doll from the short lived 1970s updated Avengers TV series starring Patrick Macnee. Purdey was played by Joanna Lumley.
This purple body suit is a reproduction. The original skirt is a wrap-around with a single fastener at the waist line. The shoes are replacements as well.
