Ginger claims ownership and makes me smile at the end of a day spent learning tough empathy, coaching skills and ... erm ... how to be a leader. Just what on earth is tough empathy? And I rather thought leaders were born not made.

 

The only really useful aspect was sitting in a room with a few peers and comparing notes and problems.
