This is my final label design for Synthe. The background is a photo I took of one of my ink experiments on coffee filters. I created the title in sort of a hand written look because Peter Saville creates the titles of the album covers in a similar way on a lot of the Suede albums. The colors I used are similar to those in the piece of his that I was influenced by. The name of the winery, again came from the music of the album. It is very electronic and has techno beats and is created with the use of synthesizers, so I thought that would be perfect. The winery is in England, because that is where Saville is from. I researched English wine, and found that there are wineries in Surrey, England, so I chose that location. The date on the wine is 2008 because Saville's work is fairly new and his work has a modern look.
