Overwhelming The Crowd
Hello everyone.
I know it's been a while since I last posted something (and I'm sorry if some of you are disappointed. The reason why I have been gone in desktop customizing is nothing else but college... And let's also add the word "fiancée" here. YES, SHE IS TAKING ME AWAY FROM THE THINGS I USED TO DO~! Jokes!
Anyway, I don't know if I will still be doing any big projects like I did when I was still active in desktop customizing.
While summer break is just around the corner, I thought I wanted to work on another desktop theme. However, just don't see myself going there at all.
Some of my plans for summer are:
-To make me and my friends' website come true. (Anyone interested, please e-mail '_')
-To make my own customized theme for my iPod Touch. I was literally blown when I got that theme I'm using to work. I will try, it doesn't look simple but it's definitely worth the learning experience.
-To rest and settle down. It's been one year of stressing! (Winter Break barely let me sleep a blink).
-To face my responsibilities seriously. I am now engaged, living independently and I have a lot of things to take care of. Getting a job would be what I need (maybe)... I guess I can't just be careless anymore.
In other words, college is indeed a life changing experience for me. I will miss the old days of coding and the accomplishments I received in courtesy of Lifehackers.com. However, I have a lot more important things to spend time on.
This isn't goodbye, I'm merely announcing that I won't be doing anything related to desktop customizing.
So, to the many of you who had sent me a heartwarming e-mail regarding my next project and for giving me support - I am very sorry.

Moving on to the desktop business:
I've only just noticed recently that rainmeter has evolved into higher league. It looks amazing and the ability to transform your hard worked themes can now be extracted to .exe format. I am amazed and to those who still perpetuates to code rainmeter, you guys are the backbone of today's modern desktop customizing. Because I know that everyone in this community knows that our desktops are so much cooler than the rest ;)
Moving on, I am running Saad Baig's 8Bar after asking for a request. I think it looks elegant and I will be using this for a great while (I have been using Back2Skull since I released it).
Anyway, be sure to check it out. This thing's pretty fun!
