Dyeing with foodcolor

I tried my hand at dyeing yarn last night. I used green foodcoloring and put in a little white distilled vinegar. I ignored the article about using wool, and, knowing full well the dye just might not take on Orlon Acrilic, I proceded anyway. The yarn is drying now and it has a pale green varigated effect
