An average page from my work notebook that shows just how incomprehensible my notes can be!
If the music notes are a clue, this is a day when I was helping my boss transcribe his choir's sheet music into braille.
Knowledge of how to read sheet music is most definitely an acquired form of literacy; You realize how complicated it actually is when you're breaking it down, measure by measure, note by note.
Some of the writing may be important, but often when I'm sitting with him and he takes a phone call or is otherwise occupied briefly, I will doodle and write random things to entertain myself.
