General Electric / 747-121 / N747GE / 08-06-2011 / HKG
One of the best movements in my entire collection!! N747GE is an ex-Pan Am 747-100 testbed aircraft for General Electric although it is powered by Pratt & Whitney JT9D-7A engines.
It’s one of the oldest 747s still in service with its first flight in 1970.
It’s departing via 25L for Victorville via Guam and Honolulu after a month-long stay in HKG where it underwent maintenance at HAECO. The testbed 741 is due to be replaced with a 744 in the future.
