CCH PUBLISHES ANNUAL REPORT
Chorley girl Suzanne Cornwell (pictured) is the cover star of Chorley Community Housing’s (CCH’s) new annual report. The report sets out CCH’s achievements over the past year and is available to CCH tenants on request.

Suzanne, who is based at the head office of CCH’s parent organisation Adactus Housing Group in Leigh, works as a repairs planner. She was previously based at the Council depot at Bengal Street when CCH’s repairs team was based there, but moved to Leigh as part of a restructure of the repairs service.
Suzanne said: “The annual report describes a number of changes that CCH has made to the way in which it delivers services to tenants, including repairs. It also describes some of the changes we’re looking to make over the next few months.”
CCH is required by the Tenant Services Authority to publish an annual report and to make a copy available to tenants. The report is now available online and will be posted to any tenants who request one.
CCH Director of Operations Richard Houghton said: “We appreciate that some people will think that sending the report out to everyone is not good value for money and so we’re only sending this to tenants who actually ask for a copy. Alternatively, people are more than welcome to drop into our offices in Gillibrand Street to collect a copy.”
The report has been published covering CCH’s performance for the year ending 31st March 2010. Copies are available from CCH’s offices in Gillibrand Street, by telephoning 01257 244800 or online.
