This screengrab is of the BBC's news coverage of the Virgin train crash yesterday. For hours the only pictures on the BBC and Sky came from someone's cameraphone on board the train, while reporters moaned about how difficult it was to get to. Meanwhile themaps shown to illustrate the scene detailed everything apart from the railway line and the crash site!
