Workers in the packing plant, cleaning and packing bananas for export. Bananas ar checked for quality, weighed, and boxed according to the preferences of each buyer. In this case, the bananas were being packed in Del Monte boxes and shipped mostly to the US. Most of the packing plant workers are women.
