I made this photo of a brick chimney during Melody's and my daily walk in mid March 2023. One sees lots of things when walking a neighborhood; like looking up at a chimney. Not someone would do when in a car. Lots of homes in our neighborhood have fireplaces and chimneys but few, if any, are every used anymore. I believe all the homes that have been recently remodeled have eliminated fireplaces altogether. I shot this using my Canon Powershot SX50.
