I made this and the following photo of holiday gift stockings hanging on Melody's design wall. She has joined in a quilting class project to produce these large stockings to fill with essentials to give away during the holiday season. As with all fashions and other projects, the work is done well in advance of distribution. Many are still works in progress, needing green or red felt backing. I shot this using my Canon Powershot SX50. The light source was an LED ceiling light behind me and natural light from a patio door to the right. The photos on the wall are 18X36 inch canvases of Charlie's photographs. The top is of the Golden Gate Bridge seen from Baker Beach in San Francisco. The bottom is of the Space Shuttle Endeavour on top of a 747 on its final flight to a museum in Southern California that Charlie shot from McLaren Park near our San Francisco home. As you can see by the rabbit eats, we are low tech television viewers.
