This is my desktop setup on my 20" iMac. I've got a second 20" monitor attached to it to the left.
I prefer a darker theme, as it I find it easier on the eyes. In general, I don't see much of the desktop, so the lighter part of the right screen is rarely seen. I've shamelessly used the background, and the adium theme from another Lifehacker post.
On the left, I have Windows XP running in Unity mode with VMware Fusion. The theme I use is the Zune windows theme.

The right wallpaper (the cityscape) is here: my.opera.com/eduardt/albums/showpic.dml?album=392419&... - I have no idea if this is the original source, as I found it in a wallpaper pack. It's so hard to find good widescreen wallpapers.
