Francis is among the 30,492 men who have decided to get the cut at 124 different centers spread throughout Nyanza, west of Kenya. NASCOP statistics report that 84 per cent of Kenyan male is circumcised and the remaining 16 per cent will have undergone the cut within the next five years.
