We were supposed to go to a different section of the wall, one that was farther away from Beijing. It was snowing and there was an accident on the highway so we changed plans and went to this section which...started with a J. Can't remember what it was called but do know it was named after a woman whose husband was killed building the wall. We were not the only people who made this choice as you can tell from the parking lot pictured here. You are viewing the driving lane, not parking spots.
