Constitution Hill

I think this was taken just before the outbreak of WW1. Constitution Hill stretches up to and around the Constitution or Wellington Arch. It wasn't far from here where Sir Robert Peel fell off his horse and later died from his injuries. It also wasn't far from here where an attempt on the life of Queen Victoria took place in June 1840, one of many failed attempts.
