this one had an almost tranquil expression...like she was beyond the pain, like she was already being consumed and appreciated.
It was very painful to click these pics for a vegetarian like me...had turned a vegetarian 20 years back after witnessing a chicken being skinned. The images haunted me for months.
The idea here was to look beyond the pain i suffered and they suffer, to witness the event...to JUST SEE the process, to be the observer, looking at the world ...without emotions or prejudice, without reason or malice.
