Christina's Birdie Birthday Cake

This cake was created for little Christina's first birthday. Her party took place in a park and she likes birds so this is what I designed for her. By chance, she happened to be wearing hot pink on the day too! Top two tiers are chocolate mud and the bottom tier is apple & cinnamon cake with caramel ganache - a popular choice lately! This has to be one of my favorite designs of late...
