The Main Quest is to get Madison's living body into the Main Medical Building to download her subconscious into the computer - having complete belief - therefore control - over the speckling. Allowing the building to lift into outer space/connect with the A.R.C. (the Mercantile) which has DNA samples and abilities to inhabit other worlds.
