The first order of arrival was exploration! The tide was low, so we got the flip flops out and, while dad figured out dinner, the kids, the dog and I ran for the cove. Starfish of all sorts made no effort to get out of our way, so we had to be careful not to step on them. This is just a small assortment of the brighter colors we saw, so you can imagine how they blended into their surroundings.
