Minichamps has released a 1/43 replica of Lewis Hamilton's McLaren MP4/22 in which he scored his first Formula 1 victory. The McLaren that raced that day featured the new 'bridge' front wing and endplates, and a new rear wing that was part of the aero package for the Canadian GP. To replicate these features accurately, Minichamps have had to do some re-tooling which has subsequently meant a slightly higher price than normal. The model is a limited edition of 9999 pieces worldwide.
