Creaming Method with Oil

Reduce mixer speed to low and add any liquid flavorings (extracts) flax mixture. Mix until just combined. Stop mixer and scrape down bowl.

 

The flax should be prepared before creaming begins. In its place, eggs, yogurt, tofu or commercial egg replacers may be used according to recipe specifics.
