Hello Flickr Friends!
I was out the whole month of March since I volunteered to be a DOST (Department of Science and Technology) Certifier. Our task was to certify that the Board of Election Inspectors (BEI) are capable of operating the PCOS machine (Precinct Count Optical Scanner). The BEIs will serve in the upcoming National and Local Automated Elections. We administered the proficiency tests to members of the BEI who was trained by the COMELEC on how to operated the PCOS machine
It was a great experience for us, meeting all those teachers. I was assigned here at Laguna where we administered the certification program to about 3,800 BEIs.
