One reason is that there are so many different womanly looks that I want to experience; and that takes time.
And a corollary of that: There were so many years wasted when I would not, or could not, dress that I am making up for lost opportunities.
And, at the risk of being morbid, when I realize that the end is a lot closer than the beginning, I also realize I don't have any time to waste. Losing 15 months during the pandemic was bad enough, but beyond my control. I am in control now.
