Reflections in Silence

Blue Mountain Lake at sunrise. While photographing the sunrise over Blue Mountain from a small island in the middle of the lake I glanced over my shoulder and was treated to this scene. The whole effect lasted less than a minute, but what a minute it was. The water was glass smooth, there wasn't a sound except for a loon calling in the distance. I was at peace.
