good things

11/23/08-11/24/08

Yesterday/last night was wonderful. Found Benny near Donut Circus (naw) and we went to The Windtalkers band practice, good stuff. Then we left to get directions for Orlando and then we got Maximus Willis and went to Orlando to see Copeland and Lovedrug and Lydia! We met up with Stereo Carousel and other psl and stuart persons. I've been to concerts before but none like so close and personal with the bands, as was this.

Lovedrug was fantastic and Copeland was amazing. Lydia sounded good too. A lot of clones there and kids acting all important; it was silly. Nonetheless, the music was good, the Social was muggy and warm, and there was a lot of love pouring in my heart through music last night.

After, we met up with Juka and a Kayla and went to this Ihop where I got some sweet hot cocoa and filled out Max's Whataburger kid's meal activities. As we were making our way back to 95, we almost died in a car crash with this drunk guy who's tire was completely blown and his rim was like trashed. Max called the cops so they would do something about it, cause he was in the middle of a lane. The ride home was the highlight. We played truth to keep Benny awake, as opposed to truth or dare, because we were in a car and creativity would be limited. We asked eachother really amazing, in-depth, personal, crazy, hypothetical questions, learned a lot about eachother. The stars were beautiful as well! Overall, a really memorable evening.

We got in around 2-2:30 and I had class at 7:30. Got back my earth science test, failed, and I was falling asleep as my professor lectured us on taking notes and not sleeping and slacking in class. It's not that I'm slacking; it's that he sucks as a professor. He covers hardly any of the materials on his exams. REDICULOUSSNESSSSS!

Then I walked home and was planning to go back to sleep until my next class but Asia called me :)))))) and we went to Starbucks, got some coffee, and talked about various things. She's like one of my ultimate, all-time favourite people ever in the existence of my life. She's so kosher. Then we went our separate ways, to class, where I sat and dreamt up ideas for The Windtalkers cover art. I'm clueless as to what I'm going to do for them. I'm unsatisfied with my non-existent talent.

It's beautiful out. I opened my back patio's door so the wind can invade my house and make me happy. I'm alone until this afternoon, so hopefully I'll find something to do.
