My wife Gina and I were invited to a sea-side cottage for a little getaway. I spent the better part of the day walking around with my camera in hand looking for some good comps for sunset. I found a few, and then waited patiently for evening to roll around.
Well wouldn't you know it, someone planned a slideshow right as sunset was coming around. I begrudgingly shuffled inside.
Right as the slideshow was ending I looked outside, and saw the light. It was happening! At a full sprint I ran down the slippery rock face, set up my shot and snapped about 20 photos in quick succession.
I didn't ultimately get as great a light show as I had hoped for but it'll do :).
