NEON COSI Bailwick's Department Store
This sign is part of COSI's exhibit on technological advances over decades called "Progress". Basically a replica of an average American small or medium sized town's downtown, with storefronts, street furniture, neon signs of course, as it would look circa 1962. Another section shows the supposedly same city as it would look around 1898. No neon signs in that portion.
