Built for Alexander John Forbes-Leith, 1st Baron Leith of Fyvie (1847-1925).

B listed.

 

A covered, detached squash court building, in vigorous crenellated and bartizaned neo-Baronial style. Harled with red sandstone dressings and finely carved inset heraldic panels in Italian marble and sandstone.

 

On the south gable is a carved Italian marble fountain basin inset in a blind gothic window. Grazed pitched roof and clerestory windows. The lean-to along west wall contains a bowling alley with concrete floor and timber ditches.
