"Spanish bar" cake that I "had" to make during tax preparation. It's a spicy cake recipe that I have tweaked to perfection. Mine is made with currants, sultana and golden raisins and walnuts. Topped with cream cheese frosting. I made small heart-shaped cakes for fun and to take longer frosting them and less time doing my taxes. The taxes are done now, so I can stop baking... :D
