Ford F-150 King Ranch
King Ranch - a strange name for a car, but apt.
King Ranch is one of the largest ranch holding in the US, 3340 sq kms (1289 sq miles). The Range is totally within the state of Texas, the largest single market for 'Pickup Trucks' in the world. The Ranch was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1961.
Apt then for the world highest selling full-sized pickup trucks, and Ford's highest selling vehicle the F-150. The King Rach edition, like its farming namesake, is at the premium end of the range. Featuring the 'wobbly snake' ranch badging on much of trim, and lovely rich leather, the pickup is not focused so much on doing farm work, but the 'city truck' for the landed gentry in Texas. The King Ranch is available in SuperCrew cad size only, with the 5 1/2 or 6 1/2 bed lengths.
This Lego model Ford F-150 King Ranch has been built for Flickr LUGNuts 60th Build Challenge, our 5th birthday, to the 37th challenge theme, - 'The Food We Eat'.
