Chrome save dialog in Windows 7 with full RAM

Perhaps it was also able to exhaust the number of available handles. Possibly due to Adobe Flash. Sometimes the Chrome windows get repainted with an offset portion of the background image.

 

Speaking of unreliable software: as i can't find my old photos on here anymore despite reading that they are still present, this might be the last photo i upload here as i will probably switch to Photobucket or something.
