25Oct10 Why I Am In Bahrain

I had to tilt my head way back for it to show up, but the bump on my neck is why I am in Bahrain. The ship does not have the appropriate diagnostic equipment onboard, so they sent me here. The best guess is thyroid. But beside the bump, I am completely asymptomatic. While that is good, it makes is harder to figure out what is going on.
