Trick and Treat

Lucy, a Pomeranian, sits down on the runway while being crowned the first ever "Puppy of Carmel". Lucy was one among more than 25 dogs that participated on Oct. 17 in a dog pageant hosted by Carmel Mayor's Youth Council (CMYC).
