Governor of Farasaan island - Southern Saudi Arabia.
This shot was taken during my visit to the southern region of Saudi Arabia. I tried combining Dave Hill and Dragan effects, adding mono-color to the mix, and this is the final result.
The governor is a very polite and well-educated man, who actually lives in Jizan and commutes daily to Farasan island. He is very committed to his job and one of his wild ambitions is to see the island of Farasan as an international tourism destination.

وقد حاولت الجمع بين تقنية "ديف هيل" والـ "دراقان" ، بالإضىفة إلى توحّد الألوان
وكانت هذه هي النتيجة النهائية
المهندس عبد الرحمن رجل قمة في الأخلاق ، وضليع في مسائل عديدة
كما أنه من سكـان جيزان في الأساس ، ويتنقل يومياً بين جيزان وفرسان
أحد طموحاته هو رؤية جزيرة فرسان كوجهة عالمية للسياحة
