This picture shows one of the major pitfalls in repairing this shutter.
In green is shown the position where normally is a spring which pushes against a post which is connected to the blades drive ring. This spring is not hold very tightly and will easely fall out of the mechanism so normally you would put it away in a safe place. But be aware, never cock the shutter when this spring is absent !
When there is no force against the post you have a big change that the drive ring will make a small eratic movement during the first part of the shutter cocking movement. This eratic movement can cause a jamming, even bending, of a lug also connected to the drive ring. This lug is situated in the delayed-action mechanism. I show it in another picture.
