Fishway Observation Deck

Every year Holyoke Gas & Electric opens the Robert E. Barrett Fishway to the public during the Shad run, approximately from Mother's Day to Father's Day. From the observation deck, people can get a sense of the operation, watch the fish elevators and get a shower with spray from the dam's spillway.
