A genuine Cajun menu brought to you by people driving trucks with Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island plates. For the record their Red Beans & Rice was kind of bland, but with enough chili sauce added, it was acceptable. It was, however, made with plain rice, not dirty rice. Their gumbo, on the other hand, was quite good.
What do you do when you are not at home on a holiday? Do what the New England natives do, go to a Zydeco festival.
