This used to be the C. Fred Johnson Middle School, but 10 years ago it was repurposed as housing and renamed Campus Square, even though it is across the river from the Binghamton University. Ideally, they like to rent to students, but, what with early graduations and people dropping out, they often have rooms available, which they are more than happy to rent out to contractors, who are looking for short term housing. Like me.
