VS394 Spitfire F XVIIIE FR 18 E SM969 (G-BRAF) (cn 6S/663052) under restoration. ex Warbirds of Great Britain marked as D-A. Built by Vickers at Keevil, delivered to RAF in August 1945. Served the Indian Air Force from January 1949 as HS877. Retired in 1972 and placed on display at the Western Air Command HQ, Delhi Cantonment. Returned to England in 1978 for restoration at Blackbushe (later Biggin Hill and North Weald). Acquired by The Fighter Collection in April 2006 after years in storage. www.fighter-collection.com sold to the USA in November 2008 without flying in the UK
