Words are such simple things. It is incredible how something as simple as a word can cause so much trouble. The way things come out don’t always match what we really want to say. Throw into that, cultural differences and language barriers and something that starts out as a friendly talk can end with people being hurt.
And all we ever wanted to do was to be heard.
