Being the third wheel...
...sucks, even for us penguins. You know how it is, you're out there on your rock, with your best bro, being a good wingman. Everything is going good, until he meets Olivia. Yeah Olivia, you saw her from across the tundra on the other side of the ice and thought "oh she looks fine! I think i'll try to get her attention." Low and behold, before you can make eye contact, she comes waddling over and strikes up some chatter with your bro.
Being the inconsiderate manwhore he is, by the end of the night they are beak to beak and asking YOU for a ride back to his place. Now you have to be the one that goes home with the butt ugly sea lion, only to find out, all she wants is to chomp you up for a midnight snack. Luckily you manage to slide off the rock and swim away to safety while she is freshening up.
The next day he even had the decency to let you know how they made out, "and then some", all night long. Then they shared a dish of crushed rock crab with mackerel glaze for desert....
