These are the kind of numbers I like to see.
1.012 Finished Gravity.
They are specific gravity numbers on my Hydrometer.
My latest batch of beer, the Imperial Stout had a target of 1.020. I came pretty close.
It tells you the ABV “Alcohol content By Volume”.
Mine was a little over 6%
I can hardly wait to taste it.
