Mad Hatter leads Edinburgh Tram awaiting brown envelope

Who is The Mad Hatter who leads Edinburgh Trams now standing in Princes Street Edinburgh. It will take more than a cup of tea to swallow the cost to Edinburgh citizens.

Perhaps if leaders get FREE PASSES THE TRAMS may be ready for somebody's retirement or is that date changing too?

Enjoy unique photo LOL
