A healthy breakfast that reads like dessert is a great way to start the day. The smoothie base is banana, plain greek yogurt, frozen peaches, blueberries and strawberries and some chia seeds. Top it with a little more chia seed, pumpkin seeds, and frozen blackberries. Enjoy!
For the past several days I have been in craft/creative mode. I purchased some second-hand baking sheets and have been destroying them trying to get baked on texture, burned on stains, etc. I am using both sheets in this image. Also, I found a bunch of old wool sweaters and have been shrinking them for some other projects. Can it really be described as crafting if I am destroying things? Either way, the process is intensely satisfying.
