roasted tomatoes

Followed Jennifer Perillo's recipe from her Homemade with Love cookbook. Some home grown and some store bought tomatoes, thyme, olive oil, salt and pepper and a little love. Looking forward to smearing these on my crusty garlic bread tonight.
