liquid sunshine - 183/366
Combining three of my obsessions - morning light, water and glass. I'm having fun with water and expect it to continue to some extent for the next while. I can't wait to get my other camera back for higher ISO capacity though. Hope you don't get too bored. Unfortunately still not feeling up to par so I took the morning off from exercise however, I still got up with the sun. I guess I am pretty fixated on my 366 project and photography in general.
There are days when I wonder if all of this is just a waste of time but then I listen to something that reminds me that this is all a growth process. I took on this project to practice, to hold my camera, to think about light, to think about composition, to CHALLENGE myself EVERY DAY. Every day, every moment that I think about or work on photography with focused intention I will improve, it may be in small increments but that is ok. I don't want to stay in the same place, I'm hoping to continue to evolve my work. I want to make compelling images that move the viewer in some way.
I am so grateful for the talented photographers who have so generously shared their knowledge with me. Many of my favorite Flickr members I consider mentors and friends. This is a wonderful, supportive community and I am so happy to be part of it.
