time to refuel - 290/365

Ran a 5k this morning with a friend. It was one of those days where I felt like I was making awesome time but because of the hills I didn't beat the time from my last race. Happy I came in 2nd for my age/gender so I will win a prize, yay! My time was 30:43. Plus, I got up early and enjoyed the sunrise on a Saturday.

 

I shot this in natural light. In Photoshop I duplicated and flipped the image because it felt a little too minimal.
