I found the idea to make rainbows in a jar on Pinterest. It was very easy to do with my daughter. I made 1 cup of each layer and divided it amongst the jars. The layers are as follows from the bottom to the top - cornsyrup, blue hand soap, water, oil, rubbing alcohol.
I applied a Lightroom template to this called Holga my Dear and tweaked the colors just a bit.
Apparently when I am taking pictures the way that I contort myself sometimes makes it appear that I am having a heart attack. Or so it seems because someone saw me outside leaning over and was concerned he wanted to double check that I didn't need help. He told me he was about to call an ambulance. hahaha. Thank you concerned citizen.
