Former Bristol Tramways Bedford OB service bus 207, MHU 49, in Cheddar in August 2012 displaying a suitable destination linen, whilst returning from the vintahge vehicle displ;ay at the nearby Wedmore Harvest Home, in which it came firts in its class. Despite being "simple technology" from the nineteen forties, a number of experienced and respected vehicle technicians have failed to get adequate performance from its braking system or its 32 hp engine - despite a whole raft of new brake and engine electrical parts - , resulting in the bus being off the road for at least the past eighteen months. It is currently being examined again to see if it can be made fit for the 2016 rally circuit.
